Job summary

Shopee is seeking an Account Management professional in the Philippines to negotiate margins, secure promotional support, and optimize supplier performance. You will build account plans, coordinate promotions, and manage multiple suppliers to drive growth for Shopee Supermarket.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in account management or related fields, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, e-commerce, retail or FMCG.
• Understanding of retail/e-commerce performance and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret results and act on findings.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Clear communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Secure and improve supplier margins to meet commercial targets.
• Secure promotional support from suppliers for campaigns and allocate funds.
• Identify assortment expansion opportunities with new SKUs and bundles.
• Develop account plans with performance goals and actions.
• Coordinate promotion filing and ensure timely setup.
• Address supplier concerns with internal teams and track resolution.
• Cultivate strong relationships with retail account representatives.
• Conduct business reviews and identify drivers and gaps with owners.
• Present next steps and timelines after performance analysis.
