Job summary

J-K Netwok Services, a European-linked international contact center, is hiring Mandarin Account Associates in Pasay City for dayshift (9am-6pm, Mon-Fri) with work-from-home setup and a monthly salary of PHP 115,000.

Ideal candidates have MBA and relevant bachelor’s, 5 years PM in CPG/FMCG, product innovation and marketing experience, and strong MS Office and mandarin-English proficiency.

Qualifications

• MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Five years of project management experience in a CPG or FMCG environment.
• Five years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with MSP software familiarity.
• Mandarin and English fluency is required (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects from concept to business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings (kick-offs, updates, retros) and ensure decisions reach stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and supporting materials.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements.
• Influence cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Communicate clearly and manage multiple stakeholders under pressure.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
• Knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, product and packaging innovation, or new product development processes. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, spanning concept development, feasibility testing, R&D, and business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospective sessions, making sure important decisions and updates reach all relevant stakeholders.
