The role requires fluency in Mandarin and good command of English, with open eligibility for high school graduates and above. This on-site position offers a shifting schedule and competitive compensation plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin; conversational English.
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor's graduates in any course.
• Customer service experience is an asset; BPO experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and orders in accordance with company policies.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while delivering exceptional service.

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English
