J-K Netwok Services in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking a Mandarin Import/Export Customer Specialist to join our global outsourcing team. This on-site role follows a shifting schedule and offers the opportunity to work with customers across the transportation and logistics spectrum.

You will handle inquiries in Mandarin (with conversational English), assist with package tracking, delivery updates, refunds, and order changes, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin with conversational English.
• Open to HS, undergraduates, or Bachelor's graduates.
• No related experience required.
• BPO experience is a big plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone to address transportation, logistics, and delivery inquiries.
• Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
• Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus
