Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking a Mandarin Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our client’s team in the Philippines. You will serve as the primary contact for US-based customers, handling inquiries and delivering high-quality service in Mandarin and English.

This hybrid role requires coordinating with teams, documenting interactions, and meeting SLAs while adapting to US business hours. Previous contact center experience is an advantage, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent verbal communication.
• HSK Level 5 or higher certification preferred; equivalent Mandarin proficiency accepted.
• Previous customer service or contact center experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work a shifting schedule, including US business hours if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
