Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking Mandarin-speaking customer support agents for an onsite role in Quezon City. You will handle inbound/outbound interactions via phone, chat, and email, providing Mandarin and English support, assisting with accounts, billing, and service requests, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

The position offers a night shift, with a salary up to ₱100,000 plus a ₱20,000 sign-on bonus and incentives. Start date is ASAP; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin; speaks fluently and spontaneously.
• Training and systems delivered in English.
• O2C / Collections experience is a plus but not required.
• Eligible to work in the Philippines with valid working visa.
• Open to Filipino and foreign nationals with temporary resident visa.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via Phone, Chat, Email.
• Provide support in Mandarin & English.
• Assist with accounts, billing, service requests, product info.
• Deliver excellent customer experience.
• Document interactions and meet quality/productivity targets.
