Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring 20 fluent Mandarin speakers to provide bilingual customer support in English and Mandarin via phone, chat, and email. This onsite role in Quezon City offers a high-paying opportunity for candidates who can speak Mandarin fluently and spontaneously.

With or without BPO experience, you must be fluent in Mandarin and have working knowledge of English. Visa-eligible applicants, including non-Filipinos, are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin with ability to handle complex conversations in a professional setting.
• Working knowledge of English; systems and training are in English.
• Eligible to work in PH with valid visa; Filipino or non-Filipino accepted.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions in English and Mandarin.
• Assist with account inquiries, billing, and product information.
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver positive customer experience.
• Document interactions accurately to meet quality, productivity, and CSAT goals.
