Job summary

Confidential is hiring 21 Cantonese bilingual customer service representatives to handle inbound and outbound interactions via phone, chat, and email. Fluent Cantonese and good English are required; fresh grads welcome. Onsite in Quezon City with shifting/night schedule; salary up to PHP 130,114 plus a PHP 20,000 sign-on bonus and incentives.

Qualifications

• Fresh grads welcome to apply
• Fluent in Cantonese with ability to speak and understand complex conversations
• Working knowledge of English required (training and systems in English)
• Collections experience and knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) appreciated but not required
• Eligible to work in the Philippines (Filipino or non-Filipino) with valid visa
• Can start ASAP
