Gratitude Philippines is hiring 20 fluent Mandarin speakers to provide bilingual customer support in English and Mandarin via phone, chat, and email. This onsite role in Quezon City offers a high-paying opportunity for candidates who can speak Mandarin fluently and spontaneously.

With or without BPO experience, you must be fluent in Mandarin and have working knowledge of English. Visa-eligible applicants, including non-Filipinos, are welcome.

• Fluent in Mandarin with ability to handle complex conversations in a professional setting.
• Working knowledge of English; systems and training are in English.
• Eligible to work in PH with valid visa; Filipino or non-Filipino accepted.

Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift

Salary: PHP 40,000 - 119,027.33 + PHP 20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Incentives

About the Role:

We are hiring 20 fluent Mandarin speakers to provide bilingual customer support in English and Mandarin via phone, chat, and email. This is a high-paying opportunity for candidates who can speak Mandarin fluently and spontaneously.

Who Can Apply:

• With or without BPO experience
• Fluent in Mandarin: able to use language effectively in professional setting and understand complex conversations
• Working knowledge in English (training and systems are in English)
• Filipino or Non-Filipino with valid working VISA, Temporary Resident Visa accepted
• Collections and Order-to-Cash experience is a plus but not required
• Eligible to work in PH and can start ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions professionally in English and Mandarin
• Assist with account inquiries, service requests, billing, and product information
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver positive customer experience
• Document interactions accurately and meet quality, productivity, and CSAT goals
