Job summary

Probe Group is seeking a Manager, CRM (HubSpot) & Web Admin to own the HubSpot Enterprise platform across Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Data Hubs. You will design CRM strategies, lead scoring, and automated campaigns while ensuring data quality and governance.

The role requires 6–8+ years in CRM/MarTech with at least 4+ years in advanced HubSpot administration, and involves managing multi-brand environments and HubSpot integrations.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, marketing operations, or MarTech
• 4+ years of dedicated, advanced HubSpot administration
• Experience managing multi-brand, multi-domain CRM environments
• Strong knowledge of workflows, lifecycle management, and marketing automation
• Hands-on HubSpot CMS experience with pages, forms, and basic customization
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Own and administer HubSpot Enterprise across Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Data Hubs.
• Develop and optimize CRM strategies, customer lifecycle stages, lead scoring, pipelines, and automated campaigns.
• Build and manage workflows, forms, landing pages, dashboards, and other HubSpot solutions.
• Ensure CRM data quality, governance, segmentation, deduplication, and privacy compliance.
• Develop reporting and analytics to measure pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, and revenue impact.
• Manage integrations between HubSpot and other systems and tools.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable CRM solutions.
• Drive platform adoption through documentation, training, and governance.
• Identify and implement new HubSpot capabilities, including AI and emerging MarTech solutions.

We are looking for a Manager, CRM (HubSpot) & Web Admin to serve as the strategic and hands-on owner of our enterprise HubSpot platform across multiple brands. This role sits at the intersection of CRM strategy, MarTech, marketing automation, and web administration, driving solutions that support lead generation, sales growth, customer engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and administer HubSpot Enterprise across Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Data Hubs.

• Build and manage workflows, forms, landing pages, web pages, dashboards, and other HubSpot solutions.




• Ensure CRM data quality, governance, segmentation, deduplication, and compliance with privacy standards.




• Develop reporting and analytics to measure pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, attribution, and revenue impact.




• Manage integrations between HubSpot and other business systems, platforms, and tools.




• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable CRM and MarTech solutions.




• Drive platform adoption through documentation, training, process improvement, and governance.

Qualifications:

• 6–8+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, marketing operations, or MarTech, including at least 4+ years of dedicated, advanced HubSpot administration.




• Proven experience managing HubSpot Enterprise, particularly Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Data Hubs.




• Experience managing multi-brand, multi-domain, or complex CRM environments.




• Strong knowledge of workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle management, pipeline management, reporting, and marketing automation.




• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS, including web pages, landing pages, forms, and basic HTML/CSS customization.




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate CRM data into actionable business insights.




• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.




• Relevant HubSpot certifications arehighly preferred, particularly in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS, or Revenue Operations.




• Amenable to work on a hybrid work set-up in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City




• Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule
