Job summary

Probe Group Philippines Inc. is seeking a Manager, CRM (HubSpot) & Web Admin to lead our enterprise HubSpot platform across multiple brands. You’ll bridge CRM strategy, MarTech, automation and web administration to fuel lead growth, engagement and retention.

You’ll own CRM governance, build workflows, optimize lead lifecycle, and drive adoption across Marketing, Sales and Service. Strong HubSpot expertise and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in CRM, digital marketing, or MarTech with 4+ years in HubSpot administration.
• Proven HubSpot Enterprise management across Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Data Hubs.
• Experience in multi-brand, multi-domain CRM environments.
• Strong workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle, pipeline, reporting, and automation skills.
• Hands-on HubSpot CMS experience with web pages, forms, and basic HTML/CSS customization.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS, or Revenue Ops preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer HubSpot Enterprise across Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS and Data Hubs.
• Develop and optimize CRM strategies, lifecycle stages, lead scoring and automated campaigns.
• Build and manage workflows, forms, landing pages, dashboards, and HubSpot solutions.
• Ensure CRM data quality, governance, segmentation, deduplication and privacy compliance.
• Develop reporting to measure pipeline, attribution and revenue impact.
• Manage integrations between HubSpot and other business systems and tools.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable CRM solutions.
• Drive platform adoption via documentation, training, and governance.
