Job summary

Firstsource in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead capability development. The role covers needs analysis, program development, and delivery of both in-person and online sessions.

You will supervise a team of trainers, measure outcomes, and report ROI to senior leadership. The position is on-site at the Taguig office with standard business hours. A strong background in LMS and MS Office is essential.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Need Analysis & Strategy: Identify training needs across departments, analyze employee skills, and develop comprehensive training strategies.
• Program Development: Create, update, and manage training materials, including onboarding, technical skills, and compliance training.
• Implementation & Delivery: Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs
• Evaluation & Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and report results to senior leadership to demonstrate ROI.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of trainers or instructional designers.

Educational/Professional Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Overall 8+ years of relevant industry Experience: Proven track record as a Training Manager, Trainer, or L&D specialist.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting and developing materials.
• Organizational Ability: Strong project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
