Work Setup: Monday to Friday - Onsite, Dayshift Location: BGC, Taguig Industry: Shared Services
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Finance teams by participating in sales discussions, ensuring alignment with financial processes, and promoting best practices related to commercial agreements and systems usage.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs and learning materials for internal stakeholders, including self-service guides and documentation to support knowledge sharing and process adoption.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning initiatives that strengthen understanding of business processes and systems.
Support the effective use and maintenance of ERP systems, including SAP and Vistex, and coordinate with IT teams to address system improvements and automation requirements.
Ensure compliance with financial governance and internal control standards by supporting accurate accrual management, assisting with audit preparation, and maintaining processes aligned with the SOX requirements
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a multinational environment in Finance, Sales, or Accounting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools used for analysis and presentation.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP and Vistex (considered an advantage).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
