Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between Sales and Finance teams, participating in meetings and supporting alignment on processes, contracts, and system usage.
Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials and knowledge resources, enabling self‑service learning and strengthening stakeholder understanding of business processes.
Drive communication and engagement initiatives across the organization to encourage adoption of best practices, process compliance, and system usage.
Support process standardization, improvements, and new system enhancement projects, collaborating across functions to optimize workflows and user experience.
Assist with compliance and governance activities, including accrual management, SOX controls, audits, and change management initiatives for contract‑related processes.
Qualifications
At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a multinational environment in Finance, Sales, Accounting, or Business Operations.
Experience supporting training delivery, knowledge documentation, or learning initiatives.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP and Vistex (considered an advantage).
Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is considered an advantage.
