Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. seeks a Management Personal Assistant to support the CEO and family at the private residence in Cavite. The role focuses on personal, household, and family affairs with strict confidentiality and discretion.
You will coordinate household staff, travel, finances, and vendor relations, ensuring smooth operations and timely updates to Management. This position requires reliability and the ability to travel when needed.
The Management Personal Assistant provides trusted and highly organized support for the CEO/President and family, focusing primarily on personal, household, and family-related affairs rather than traditional corporate executive assistance.
The role will be based at the Management’s residence/private office and will coordinate household staff, drivers, travel arrangements, family schedules, properties, vehicles, payments, and other personal administrative requirements. The position requires a high level of confidentiality, integrity, initiative, discretion, and reliability.
Manage the CEO/President’s personal schedule, appointments, errands, and commitments.
Coordinate family schedules, children’s activities, school requirements, and transportation.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, and itineraries.
Coordinate household operations, groceries, supplies, bills, payments, and petty cash.
Supervise and coordinate housemaids, yayas, drivers, and other household personnel.
Maintain household staff schedules, compensation records, and government remittance requirements.
Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, contractors, utilities, dues, and taxes.
Monitor vehicle registration, insurance, preventive maintenance, and related documentation.
Maintain and reconcile personal, household, property, vehicle, and family-related expenses.
Maintain organized records, trackers, calendars, receipts, and confidential documents.
Coordinate with schools, banks, insurance providers, suppliers, government agencies, and other service providers.
Follow up on pending personal and household matters and provide regular updates to Management.
Maintain strict confidentiality over personal, family, financial, and business-related information.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, Hospitality, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Family Office Assistant, Household Manager, Administrative Officer, or similar role.
Experience working with executives, business owners, private families, or high-level individuals is highly preferred.
Experience in household management and supervision of household personnel is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
AI literacy is an advantage.
Valid Driver’s License is an advantage.
Willing to work at the Management’s residence/private office and travel when required.
Preferred candidates from Laguna (Verdana area) or Cavite (Vista Verde area).
Willing to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend/after-hours coordination when required.
