• At least 3 years of experience in tenant relations, client management, customer service, or mall operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tenant compliance with leases, MOA, and house rules.
• Oversee construction progress and pre-opening requirements to ensure timely store openings.
• Manage end-of-lease turnover including security deposits and final accounts.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to support sales and profitability.
