Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• At least 5 years in leasing, CRE, or retail property management.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Cebu.
• Strong leasing and commercial skills including tenant acquisition, sourcing, and lease negotiation.
• Ability to develop and implement tenant mix strategies.
• Proficient in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend monitoring.
• Solid financial and business acumen, including rental forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall mall leasing processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize mall occupancy and rental income.
• Review and analyze tenant performance to optimize the mall's tenant mix.
• Negotiate and arrange lease agreements and renewals in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to enhance tenant engagement and overall mall experience.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction within standard regulations.
