Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Tenant Relations Manager to oversee mall leasing, tenant relations, and performance. You will lead leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income, review tenant performance, and negotiate leases.

Collaboration with marketing and operations will enhance tenant engagement and satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in leasing or CRE, strong market analysis skills, and a solid understanding of budgeting and P&L.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in leasing, commercial real estate, or retail property management.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Cebu.
• Strong leasing and commercial skills, including tenant acquisition, sourcing, and lease negotiation (terms, rates, and contracts).
• Ability to develop and implement tenant mix strategies.
• Proficient in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend monitoring.
• Solid financial and business acumen, including rental forecasting, revenue target achievement, budgeting, and P&L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall mall leasing processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize mall occupancy and rental income.
• Review and analyze tenant performance to optimize the mall's tenant mix.
• Negotiate and arrange lease agreements and renewals in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to enhance tenant engagement and overall mall experience.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction within standard regulations.
