FlyFlat is seeking an experienced luxury service leader to build world-class operations and scale impact in a fast-growing company. You will own shift-level operations across Client Service, Ticketing, Trip Fulfillment, and Process Management, directing Team Leads who manage specialists for five-star service.

You will coach, manage escalations, and ensure seamless handovers while maintaining data accuracy and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations (consider if you have most skills).
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role with coaching responsibility.
• Strong GDS proficiency (Sabre preferred).
• Data-driven approach with metrics to improve performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; coach with clarity.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop 3–4 Team Leads across concierge functions.
• Own shift operations with real-time decision-making and resource allocation.
• Deliver end-to-end client experiences, handling VIP cases with senior judgment.
• Drive process improvements with at least two documented changes per month.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to scale processes.
