• Data-driven leadership with measurable impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3 Team Leads across Client Service, Ticketing, and Trip Fulfillment.
• Direct client-facing operations during shifts with clear priorities.
• Maintain SLA adherence and data accuracy above 95%/98%.
• Drive at least two process improvements per month.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to scale.
