Ascend is seeking a Concierge Manager to lead luxury travel operations in a remote, global setting. You will oversee Client Service, Ticketing, and Trip Fulfillment, guiding Team Leads and ensuring five-star client experiences.

You will drive process improvements, manage real-time shift priorities, and collaborate with product and leadership to scale Ascend while sustaining high standards. Remote, contractor-style engagement with diverse time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong Sabre GDS proficiency and fare/ticketing knowledge.
• Data-driven leadership with metrics to drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop 3 Team Leads across Service, Ticketing, and Fulfillment.
• Own shift operations with real-time decisions and priorities.
• Deliver end-to-end client experiences, including VIP handling.
• Drive process improvements with measurable impact and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and leadership to scale Ascend globally.
