Ascend is seeking an experienced Concierge Manager to lead luxury travel operations in a remote, global setting. You will oversee Client Service, Ticketing, and Trip Fulfillment, ensuring five-star service, smooth shift handovers, and ongoing team development.

You will manage Team Leads, drive SLA adherence, and deliver proactive client updates while collaborating with Product and Operations to scale Ascend's concierge platform worldwide.

Formación

• 4+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership role coaching and developing a team.
• Strong Sabre GDS proficiency for fare rules, routing, and ticketing.
• Data-driven leadership using metrics to drive standards and improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for coaching and client interactions.
• Calm, steady presence under pressure and during busy shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop 3 Team Leads across three core functions.
• Direct all client-facing operations during shifts with clear priorities.
• Maintain 95%+ SLA and 98%+ data accuracy through systems and people.
• Drive process improvements and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Coach, provide feedback, and grow leaders within the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to scale.
