Ascend seeks an experienced Concierge Manager to lead luxury service operations in a remote, globally distributed team. You will own shift-level operations across Client Service, Ticketing, and Trip Fulfillment, coaching Team Leads and ensuring five-star client experiences.

You’ll work with Product, Operations, and Leadership to scale processes, maintain high SLA and data accuracy, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-growing venture-backed environment.

Formación

• 4+ years in luxury travel or high‑touch service operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop your team: manage Team Leads across Client Service, Ticketing, and Trip Fulfillment; provide daily coaching and performance reviews.
