Qualifications

• 4+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership role coaching a team.
• Strong Sabre GDS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3 Team Leads across Client Service, Ticketing and Trip Fulfillment.
• Direct client-facing operations during shifts with real-time decisions.
• Maintain 95%+ SLA adherence and 98%+ data accuracy.
• Implement at least two documented process improvements per month.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to scale the operation.
• Handle VIP clients and high-complexity bookings.
