Zusammenfassung

Ascend is assembling a remote-first Concierge Manager team to oversee luxury travel operations globally. You will lead three function teams, drive performance, and maintain high standards for client experience.

The role emphasizes systems-thinking with a people-centric leadership style and requires experience in Sabre GDS, coaching, and process optimization. You will collaborate across product and operations while guiding remote teams across time zones, ensuring SLA adherence and data quality,

Qualifikationen

4+ years in luxury travel or high-touch service operations.
2+ years in a leadership or management role.
Strong Sabre GDS proficiency and ticketing awareness.
Data-driven leadership using metrics to drive improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coaching and leadership.

Aufgaben

Lead and develop 3 Team Leads across Client Service, Ticketing and Trip Fulfillment.
Direct all client-facing operations during shifts with real-time priorities and decisions.
Ensure 95%+ SLA adherence and 98%+ data accuracy through strong team management.
Submit at least two documented process improvements per month to increase efficiency or quality.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to implement new systems and scale Ascend globally.
Own end-to-end client experience for shifts, including VIP handling and proactive updates.
