Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality degree and 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory duties in a 5-star setting, with strong leadership and communication skills to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and service areas, report maintenance issues promptly.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance monitoring for staff.
• Manage housekeeping equipment, supplies, linen inventories, and lost-and-found.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest requests.
