Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a luxury or 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, room inspection standards, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily housekeeping activities to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Inspects guest rooms, including vacant, occupied, and VIP rooms, and follows up on maintenance issues.
• Provides training, coaching, and performance monitoring to housekeeping staff.
• Manages housekeeping equipment, supplies, linen inventories, and lost-and-found items per procedures.
• Delivers exceptional guest service by addressing requests and maintaining records.
