Job summary

Marriott Hotel Manila is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Supervisor to inspect guest rooms, public areas, and other spaces after cleaning, ensuring quality standards are met. You will coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to streamline daily operations and resolve discrepancies.

You will assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching staff while upholding safety policies and protecting assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, and other spaces after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and coordinating with other departments.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching housekeeping staff.
• Follow all company safety and security policies; report maintenance issues and safety hazards; complete safety training.
• Ensure uniforms and appearance are professional; protect company assets; greet guests and respond to service needs.
