Job summary

Marco Polo Ortigas Manila is seeking a Floor Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations, uphold quality standards, and guide supervisors and attendants to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or related field.
3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in Housekeeping in a 5-star hotel.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Proven leadership skills with ability to supervise, train, and develop teams.
Excellent communication and guest-service oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and service quality.
Leads, trains, and develops housekeeping associates for high performance and grooming standards.
Conducts regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality and safety.
Manages inventories, staffing schedules, and departmental resources for cost control.
