Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality degree and 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory duties in a 5-star setting, with strong leadership and communication skills to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibility

Floor Supervisor is responsible in supervising and maintaining guestrooms, corridors, pantries, and public areas in accordance with Marco Polo Hotels' standards, ensuring cleanliness, quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency through effective team leadership, inspections, and compliance with safety and service procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure guestrooms, public areas, and service areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Conducts regular inspections of guest rooms, including vacant, occupied, check-out, and VIP rooms, and ensures all maintenance issues are promptly reported and followed up.
• Provides training, coaching, and performance monitoring to housekeeping associates while maintaining grooming, conduct, and service excellence standards.
• Ensures proper management and use of housekeeping equipment, supplies, linen inventories, and lost-and-found items in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Delivers exceptional guest service by addressing guest requests and concerns, maintaining accurate housekeeping records, and performing additional duties assigned by management.
