Job summary

IKEA is seeking a Loyalty Communications Specialist to drive engagement with IKEA Family members through personalized, value-driven communications across email, app, digital platforms and in-store touchpoints.

You will support the development and execution of member-exclusive campaigns, ensure communications reflect our brand voice, and use data insights to improve visitation, conversion and customer lifetime value while collaborating with teams across countries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; CRM/Digital Marketing certs are a plus.
• 2–3 years in Loyalty and CRM in retail or agency.
• Strong grasp of loyalty mechanics and customer lifetime value.
• Experience with data cleansing, dashboards and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across countries.
