LX Pantos Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Staff in Taguig to handle billing, invoicing, and customer relations for import/export shipments. You will report to the W&D Team Leader and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.

The role requires a 1+ year background in freight forwarding or logistics, knowledge of Incoterms, and proficiency in MS Office and logistics software. This position is based in Metro Manila with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduates of a 4-year course related to Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
• At least 1 year of freight forwarding/shipping/logistics experience.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations (Incoterms) and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and specialized logistics software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Builds and maintains strong customer relationships.
• Ensures customer needs are met and exceeded.
• Billing and compliance tasks under W&D Team Leader oversight.
• Invoicing, tracking, and processing freight confirmations.
• Maintain accurate hardcopy filing per policies and regulations.
• Handle billing for Import and Export shipments (Sea and Air).
• Manage Container Dep Refund and coordination with clients/carriers.
• Oversee Accounts Receivables for Warehouse and Distributions.
• Prepare approval memos for Warehouse and Distributions (Manila and Cebu).
