Job summary

Gramans Group of Companies is looking for a Billing Clerk to support finance operations in the Metro Manila area. You will prepare invoices, attach supporting documents, and ensure accurate billing processes to help maintain timely collections.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in logistics, and strong communication skills to coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related program.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferably with experience working in a Logistics company.

Responsibilities

• Prepares billing statement/invoice and attach all supporting documents
• Reconcile container deposit and ensure timely collection
• Document customer service actions and discussions
• Prepare client quotations
• Perform other duties as assigned
