Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of work experience in billing, collections, invoicing, accounting, or administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with agents and clients via email.
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality when handling financial records and customer information.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipment files (P&L) from the Customer Service Department for billing/invoicing.
• Prepare and encode the semi-annual report to FTEB (DTI).
• Prepare and send Debit Notes and Credit Notes and billings to agents and clients through email and the online system.
• Update, encode, and monitor the dispatch and receiving dates of billings/invoices.
• Monitor and total the lead time of each shipment from the release date up to the client’s receipt date of the invoice.
• Ensure the sufficiency of office supplies inventory at the end of each month.
• Receive collections and issue official receipts for clients without a credit line.
• Prepare purchase orders for office equipment and supplies upon request.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
