Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily import and export shipments from booking to completion.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents and records.
• Liaise with customers, lines, airlines, and brokers to ensure smooth shipments.
• Monitor schedules, cargo movement, and document status.
• Escalate issues to the Logistics Operation Manager when delays occur.
• Support process improvements in operations and documentation.
