Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, and Operations.
• Familiar with Import/Export documentation and process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and carrier booking platforms.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and shipment flows.

Responsibilities

• Receive and acknowledge shipments from Customer Service.
• Check completeness of Shipping Instructions from CS Team.
• Document shipment status and prepare pre-alerts.
• Coordinate with Agents for import documents (HBL, MBL, invoice, packing list, Form E).
• Verify accuracy of documents and secure draft HBL approval.
• Send pre-alert to Consignee/Broker; prepare draft manifests.
• Monitor arrival and customs clearance with the broker.
