Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years in logistics operations, customer service or shipment execution.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end shipment processes and SLA management.
• Proven experience managing customer interactions and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into operational actions.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
• English communication skills; able to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment; schedule includes RTO day shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent service delivery aligned with customer expectations and internal standards
• Develop a deep understanding of customers to enable tailored service delivery
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of cargo
• Address ad hoc customer requirements and exceptions with urgency
• Consistently meet relevant service level agreements and targets
• Adhere to standard processes and operating procedures to ensure compliance
• Ensure smooth end-to-end shipment execution through coordination with stakeholders
• Act as a customer advocate and key point of contact
• Build understanding of customers’ businesses, priorities, pain points
• Use customer insights to inform SMEs and identify improvements
• Share customer knowledge with internal teams for collaboration
