Job summary

Maersk Philippines is seeking a skilled logistics administrator to own the job file, update shipping documents, and support invoicing processes in a fast-moving environment. You will coordinate file management post-booking, handle documentation, system updates, and operational finance.

You will communicate proactively with customer service to resolve exceptions and support queries, while working across 3PL to 4PL supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and automation tools.
• Strong background in logistics operations, with understanding of end-to-end supply chain (3PL to 4PL perspective)
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping practices
• Experience handling exceptions and complex operational scenarios
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Flexible and adaptable to changing operational demands
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve
• Experience in ocean freight is an advantage
