• Experience driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Owns job file creation and updating shipping documents and customer invoices in the system.
• Ensure smooth and reliable shipment execution by adhering to standard processes and customer requirements.
• Act as key contact for customers, developing strong understanding of their needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Address ad hoc customer requirements and exceptions with urgency.
• Maintain compliance with standard processes and customer-specific operating procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
