Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an IT Logistics Staff to manage deliveries, inventory, and asset tracking in our Manila area operations. You will receive vendor deliveries, maintain records, and support IT equipment QC and storage processes.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and at least 2 years of related experience in IT logistics. Collaboration with procurement and IT teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Updating Delivery Monitoring
• Maintainingand organizing KPH Asset Inventory
• MaintainingICT Delivery Process.
• Support ICT PIC in conducting QA/QC of IT facilities.
• Performdelivery of IT Equipment to customer.

Job Responsibilities

1. Receive deliveries and documents from Vendor.
2. Maintain records of IN and OUT for deliveries.
3. Support procurement in securing completiondocuments necessary for invoices and billing.
4. Support for delivery of equipment.
5. Support in performing QA/QC of IT Equipment.
6. Ensuresanityof the storage room.
7. Keep track of the KPH Internal Assets and Consumables.

Additional Qualifications

• Perform tasks in an analytical manner, that can classify the priority and urgency of subject matter.
