Receive, review, and process incoming orders and ensure that all required delivery and shipping documents are complete and accurate.
Coordinate with carriers and transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries, and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor inventory and stock levels through regular audits and accurate updating of inventory records to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Track inbound and outbound shipments based on supporting documentation and maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory movements.
Prepare purchase orders for materials and office supplies, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and timely replenishment.
Coordinate closely with suppliers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments to facilitate smooth logistics and supply chain activities.
Maintain and update logistics and inventory management systems with accurate and timely information.
Draft, review, and update policies and procedures related to supply chain and importation in support of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Prepare reports on shipment status, inventory levels, and delivery performance for monitoring and operational reference.
Identify and address logistics-related concerns, including delivery delays, damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and urgent supply requirements.
Provide timely and effective solutions to operational issues to support continuous and efficient warehouse and head office operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in warehouse, logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.
Experience in demand planning and stock days cover computation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics/inventory management systems or software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to address logistics and inventory-related concerns effectively.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple operational requirements and deadlines.
