Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and record incoming finished goods, excess items, and returned products.
• Organize and prepare items for delivery and dispatch.
• Monitor outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Encode and update inventory records in the system accurately.
• Track delivery schedules and coordinate with delivery personnel or couriers.
• Maintain proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or delays in deliveries.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse operations.
