Private Advertiser is seeking an IT Logistics Staff to manage deliveries, inventory, and asset tracking in our Manila area operations. You will receive vendor deliveries, maintain records, and support IT equipment QC and storage processes.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and at least 2 years of related experience in IT logistics. Collaboration with procurement and IT teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and documents from Vendor.
• Maintain IN/OUT records for deliveries.
• Support procurement in securing completion documents for invoices.
• Support delivery of equipment.
• Support QA/QC of IT equipment.
• Ensure the storage room is safe and organized.
• Keep track of internal assets and consumables.
