Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Lead Logistics Customer Experience & Operations Specialist in the Philippines. The role owns post-booking logistics, handling shipments, updating systems, and generating customer invoices.

You’ll work with Customer Service and FinOps to maintain data accuracy and deliver a seamless customer experience across the shipment lifecycle. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and fluent English with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipment file activities after booking.
• Create bookings and provide booking support (BKS).
• Handle documentation and ensure accurate system updates.
• Collaborate with FinOps for operational finance activities.
• Manage case handling and resolve customer queries.
• Ensure smooth supply chain execution across shipment lifecycle.
• Identify and communicate exceptions/issues proactively.
• Support Customer Service in query resolution and escalations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (CS, Ops, Finance).
