Qualifications

• Willingness to work onsite and day shift.
• Strong track record in end-to-end Lead Logistics operations and customer servicing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth shipment execution by following standard processes and meeting service levels.
• Act as a key customer contact and drive continuous improvement.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and operational excellence.
• Take ownership beyond day-to-day operations and ensure delivery accountability.
• Build and maintain visual management systems aligned with process standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving/value-adding projects.
