• Ownership of the job file and updating bookings and documents in the system.
• Experience with shipping documentation and export processes.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer channel management and case handling.
• Onboarding and relationship management with customers.
• Contract and dispute management related to shipments.
• Other duties within the logistics CX & Operations scope.
