Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic Logistics Coordinator - Carrier Sales to connect shippers with carriers, drive growth, prospect new clients, and build a robust carrier network in Metro Manila.

You will negotiate rates, manage end-to-end freight movements, and ensure on-time pickup and delivery while hitting the daily target of 12 loads and earning incentives. This role emphasizes strong negotiation, communication, and organization with real opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, logistics, or dispatching.

Responsibilities

• Outbound activity: maintain high daily productivity with carrier calls and load postings.
• Load management & performance: book and manage a minimum of 12 loads per day to drive volume and revenue.
• Business development: source, onboard, and nurture shipper accounts and carriers.
• Rate & lane negotiation: secure profitable rates and lanes with customers and carriers.
• Freight matching & coordination: pair loads with carriers and schedule pickups/deliveries.
• Shipment tracking & compliance: monitor real-time shipments, address delays, and ensure safety standards.
• Documentation & logistics admin: use TMS and load boards to post/manage shipments and paperwork.
• Market awareness & collaboration: monitor market trends and coordinate with accounting on billing.
