Job summary

Lean Solutions Group in the Philippines seeks a Freight Broker / Logistics Account Executive with hands-on McLeod Software (TMS) experience. You will drive full-cycle freight operations, prospect new shippers, negotiate carrier rates, and track loads within McLeod.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3+ years in 3PL freight brokerage, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven ability to hit high-volume targets while ensuring compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in 3PL freight brokerage, carrier sales, or dispatching.
• Direct, hands-on experience using McLeod Software (TMS) is required.
• Knowledge of US freight lanes, equipment types, rate structures, and DOT guidelines.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute 100+ daily outbound calls to prospect, pitch, and onboard shippers.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline and 50+ daily load postings in McLeod and boards.
• Source and vet motor carriers, matching freight with optimal partners.
• Negotiate spot/contract rates and ensure timely carrier capacity.
• Perform daily McLeod TMS operations: load creation, dispatch, tracking, and compliance.
