Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced LTL Logistics Specialist to manage a national/regional LTL program in a remote work setup.

You will handle the complete lifecycle from quote to billing, leverage a TMS, and coordinate with carriers and customers to ensure accurate pricing and on-time delivery. The role requires hands-on LTL operations, strong knowledge of carrier billing, NMFC classifications, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct LTL transportation experience.
• Experience with LTL classification and rating.
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Experience with TMS and carrier billing / auditing.

Responsibilities

• Manage LTL shipments through full lifecycle using the TMS.
• Validate and obtain carrier rates; schedule pickups.
• Audit freight bills against contracted rates and prepare documentation.
• Review NMFC classifications and rating; ensure accurate pricing.
• Manage claims process from notification to resolution; communicate with carriers.
• Coordinate with national and regional carriers to resolve issues.
