Qualifications

Graduate of a four-year business course or related field.
2–4 years of experience in domestic freight forwarding or logistics sales.
Excellent selling and communication skills; ability to present to clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients for Domestic freight forwarding services.
Prospect and generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions and quotations.
Collaborate with operations and pricing to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and review contracts with legal/ops teams.
Provide regular sales performance reports and market feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction.
